1.武器名。一種矛刃下部細如鶴脛的矛。《文選．左思．吳都賦》：「家有鶴膝，戶有犀渠。」 2.作詩的八病之一。由南朝梁沈約所倡，指詩句的第五字與第十五字同聲，因兩頭大，中間細，類似鶴膝，故名。南朝梁．鍾嶸〈詩品序〉：「至平上去入，則余病未能，蜂腰鶴膝，閭里已具。」
