  • MOE · 教育部重編國語辭典 1.棺材。 2.比喻人面無表情。如：「瞧他那一付棺材板似的臉孔，不知道又是誰招惹了他？」 3.一種小吃點心。將炸熟的方形麵包挖空，填入奶油麵糊，配上雞肝、豌豆、蝦仁、馬鈴薯、花枝等材料，再將原挖出的麵包片覆蓋上。因形狀與過程像棺材封棺一樣，故稱為「棺材板」。流行於臺南市一帶。早期也稱為「雞肝板」。
